Terms of Use

Welcome to Nơi Làm Đẹp ("NLD", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, application, booking system, messaging features, ratings, customer care, and related services provided by NLD (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering an account, using the Platform, or making a booking on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Customer" means a User who books beauty services through the Platform.
• "Partner" or "Business Location" means a salon, spa, or beauty service provider posting information/services on the Platform.
• "Service" means the beauty service directly provided by a Partner.
• "Booking" means a request to book and use a Service made through the Platform.
• "BEM Points" means points/reward points/member points issued or managed by NLD within the BeauMesh ecosystem.
• "User Content" means ratings, reviews, images, feedback, messages, or other content posted by a User.

NLD is a technology intermediary platform that supports Users in finding information, choosing Partners, and booking beauty services.

Unless clearly announced for a specific feature, NLD does not directly provide beauty services; services are directly provided by the Partner chosen by the User.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of service information, service quality, actual outcomes, in-store consultation, schedule changes, customer reception, collection of payment at the business location, and their own legal obligations.

NLD may support confirmation of bookings, appointment reminders, booking history management, BEM point usage, receipt of feedback, and coordination of communication between Customers and Partners within a reasonable scope.

• Users represent that they have full legal capacity to use the Platform.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering or using the Platform.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding login information, OTP, access devices, and all activities arising from their accounts.
• NLD may temporarily suspend, lock, or terminate an account if there are grounds to believe the User is impersonating others, committing fraud, abusing the system, infringing the rights of others, or violating these Terms.

Information on prices, service descriptions, images, time slots, promotions, personnel, and related content may be provided by Partners or standardized by NLD for display.

NLD makes reasonable efforts to ensure displayed information is clear and updated; however, some information may change based on the Partner's actual operations.

Users should re-check information at the booking confirmation step and/or directly with the Partner where necessary.

Users may choose a Partner, service, time, and provide necessary information to create a booking request.

A booking is considered recorded on the system when NLD displays or sends a confirmation notice via the website, application, or supported electronic channels.

NLD or the Partner may request additional confirmation, adjustments, or reject a booking request in reasonable cases such as full capacity, incorrect information, technical errors, or signs of fraud.

Service prices displayed on the Platform are prices provided by the Partner or prices received by NLD from the Partner at the time of update.

NLD's current payment model is mainly pay-at-provider.

In some applicable cases, Users may use NLD's BEM Points for payment or advance offset.

Conditions for earning, using, expiring, refunding, revoking, or limiting BEM Points are governed by the BEM policy or relevant programs from time to time.

When a BEM-based advance incentive is canceled under applicable conditions, NLD may refund BEM Points to the User according to the current policy.

Under the current operating model, cancellations or failure to show up for the booked service (no-show) are still allowed.

At the time these Terms are issued, NLD has not applied a platform-wide standard penalty policy for all cancellation or no-show cases.

In the future, NLD and/or Partners may issue cancellation windows, rescheduling rules, incentive handling mechanisms, BEM handling mechanisms, or other conditions; if applicable, those conditions must be clearly announced before the User confirms the booking.

If a Partner proactively cancels or changes an appointment, NLD may support the User in finding a replacement slot, switching to another Partner, or processing BEM/incentive refunds according to the applicable policy.

Users may submit feedback, complaints, or support requests via email support@salonease.us, hotline (+84) 28 3547 1411, or support channels announced on the Platform.

NLD receives and coordinates handling of issues related to booking errors, incorrect displayed information, BEM Point usage, misconduct on the Platform, or disputes arising within the scope NLD can support.

NLD may request Customers or Partners to provide additional evidence to clarify the matter and propose an appropriate resolution.

Disputes are encouraged to be resolved in the following order: negotiation, mediation, arbitration (if agreed), or a competent court.

Users may post ratings, reviews, images, feedback, and other content related to their experience.

NLD currently does not allow anonymous reviews; reviews may display a user's display name, avatar, and booked service type. If NLD adds anonymous review modes in the future, NLD will update these Terms and relevant policies.

Users represent that posted content is truthful and does not defame, insult, infringe privacy, or violate the law.

By posting content, Users grant NLD a non-exclusive right to store, display, technically copy, distribute, and use such content for operating, communicating about, and improving the Platform.

NLD may hide, delete, refuse to display, or request correction of content where there are grounds to believe that the content violates these Terms or the law.

• Partners must provide truthful information about their business location, services, pricing, and operating schedules.
• Partners may only publish services they are legally entitled to provide.
• Partners are responsible for service quality, customer reception, schedule changes, direct consultation, and collection of payments at the business location in accordance with law.
• Partners must cooperate with NLD in booking confirmation, information updates, handling of feedback, and complaint resolution.

Users and Partners must not falsify information, misappropriate accounts, distribute malware, unlawfully collect personal data, spam, manipulate BEM Points, post fake reviews, unlawfully intrude into the system, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

The entire interface, database, editorial content, trade names, trademarks, designs, and other components of the Platform are lawfully owned by NLD or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without NLD's prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, NLD is not directly responsible for professional quality, aesthetic results, or actual experience arising from services directly provided by Partners.

NLD is not liable for damage arising from a User providing incorrect information, failing to comply with a Partner's instructions, or events beyond NLD's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Vietnamese law.

NLD may suspend, limit, or terminate a User's or Partner's access/use rights where there are reasonable grounds to believe that such party violates these Terms, violates the law, or creates risk for the Platform, other users, or third parties.

NLD may amend these Terms from time to time to align with legal changes, business model changes, or Platform feature changes.

The updated version will be published on the website/app and include its effective date. If material changes significantly affect Users' rights and obligations, NLD will provide prior notice within a reasonable period.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
