This Privacy Policy explains how NLD collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and processes your personal data when you access or use the NLD Platform.

This policy applies to website/app visitors, registered users, customers making bookings, users contacting support, and partners/business locations participating in the Platform.

NLD commits to processing personal data for the disclosed purposes, within the necessary scope, in a safe and secure manner, and in compliance with Vietnamese law.

NLD only collects data appropriate for Platform operations, booking support, customer care, BEM point management, and other lawful purposes described in this Policy.

NLD applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to limit unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse of data.

• Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, email, date of birth, or other profile information you voluntarily provide.
• Account data: login information, OTP code, account identifiers, access history, and login device information.
• Transaction and service usage data: booking information, appointment status, cancellation/rescheduling history, BEM point usage history, complaints/feedback, and communications with the support team.
• Device and usage behavior data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, technical logs, website/app interaction data, cookies, and similar identifiers.
• Data you proactively provide: avatar, images, review content, feedback, contact forms, and suggestions.
• NLD currently does not use SMS/email marketing or third-party advertising infrastructure; system notifications are mainly in-app.

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Confirm, manage, and support bookings with Partners.
• Send appointment-related or account activity notifications through in-app notifications.
• Manage BEM points, promotions, transaction history, and internal reconciliation.
• Provide customer support, handle feedback, and resolve disputes.
• Improve features, measure performance, ensure system security, and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and cooperate with competent authorities when lawfully required.

NLD may process personal data when such processing is necessary to provide features you actively request, such as account registration, booking, BEM point management, or contacting support.

For activities requiring consent by law, your consent must be clearly expressed, verifiable, and withdrawable within the scope permitted by law.

Silence or lack of response from the user is not automatically treated as consent where the law requires consent.

NLD may share necessary data with the Partner/business location you book with in order to confirm appointments, prepare to receive customers, handle schedule changes, process service-related feedback, and provide post-booking support.

NLD may share data with service providers supporting NLD, such as storage infrastructure, in-app notification systems, operations tools, and technical support providers, on the condition that they process data only to the extent necessary to provide services to NLD.

NLD may provide data to competent state authorities if lawfully requested or when required by law.

Some content you post may be publicly displayed on the Platform, including your display name, avatar, ratings, reviews, and the type of service you booked.

You should consider carefully before posting public content. If NLD adds anonymous review features in the future, NLD will update the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy accordingly.

NLD may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, support website/app operations, measure performance, and improve user experience.

The current infrastructure does not integrate third-party advertising systems. If NLD implements analytics cookies or expanded marketing cookies in the future, NLD will update the corresponding notice/consent mechanism.

NLD stores personal data only for the period necessary for the disclosed purposes or for the period required by law.

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period after closure to support complaints, system security, or legal obligations.

Booking data, BEM point usage history, and customer support data may be retained for the period necessary for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, objection to processing for marketing purposes, or deletion of data in cases permitted by law.

NLD may require identity verification before processing such requests to prevent unauthorized access or changes to data.

You may send personal data related requests via email support@salonease.us or through other contact channels announced by NLD.

NLD applies appropriate technical and organizational measures such as access control, log management, internal controls, storage infrastructure protection, and incident handling procedures to protect personal data.

NLD will review and improve security measures according to operational needs and legal requirements.

Based on current operational information, NLD's data infrastructure is located in Vietnam.

If in the future NLD uses infrastructure or service providers that result in personal data being stored or processed outside the territory of Vietnam, NLD will review and implement the applicable legal requirements before deployment.

If NLD allows minors to use certain features in the future, NLD will add a suitable data processing mechanism in compliance with applicable law.

NLD may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes, feature changes, or changes in the operating model. The new version will be published on the website/app together with its effective date.
