Operational Regulations

NLD operates as an intermediary platform that supports connection, information discovery, and booking between Customers and Partners providing beauty services.

Partners are responsible for the services they provide; NLD is responsible within the scope of platform operation, information display management, booking process support, and receipt of feedback.

Customers access the Platform, choose a Partner and service, select a suitable time, submit a booking request, and receive confirmation on the system.

Customers may track booking history, report incidents, and interact with BEM point programs in accordance with the applicable policy.

Partners provide facility information, services, pricing, operating hours, and other necessary content for display on the Platform.

NLD currently allows cancellations and no-shows and does not apply a platform-wide standard penalty. If new rules are introduced in the future, those rules must be clearly announced before the booking is confirmed.

NLD receives complaints through email, hotline, and support channels published on the Platform; after that, NLD coordinates with Customers and Partners to verify, handle, and respond.

NLD publishes a privacy policy, limits data collection to what is necessary, and applies security measures that are appropriate to the current operating model.
